Chocolate Protein Bars



Go with the Pro: Chocolate Protein Bars

***20grams of protein for each bar!
4 egg whites
½ cup oats
3 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp sunflower or nut butter
1/3 cup raisins or mini dark semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl in the order they are listed. Pour mixture into an 8x8 baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 bars.
