Protein Easter Cream Eggs



Protein Easter Cream Eggs

Melt a bowl of dairy-free (or dark) chocolate chips and put into egg mold, then put it in the freezer for a few minutes.

 While it sets, mix together:
-3 scoops vanilla whey
-2 tbsp coconut flour
-3 packets Splenda or Stevia
-2 egg whites
-1 tsp vanilla
-2 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
-1 tsp honey

Fill each egg mold and put it back in the freezer until the filling is semi-solid, then put the final layer of melted chocolate on. Now they can sit at room temperature to solidify. Then pop them out and voila! So yummy!
