Pumpkin Protein Brownies



-1 cup pure pumpkin
-1/2 cup egg whites
-1/4 cup cocoa
-1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
-4 tbsp coconut flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-3 cups chocolate whey protein
-1 packet stevia

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into sprayed square glass dish (9x9) and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Top with Marshmallow Dip Icing after cooled. Makes approximately 16 brownies.

Marshmallow Dip Icing:
-1/3 cup Walden Farms Marshmallow dip (sugar-free)
-1 tbsp cocoa
-1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
