Cookies & Cream Protein Bars
*Makes 4-6 bars*
-3/4 cup rolled oats
-2 tbsp coconut oil
-3 scoops cookies & cream flavored whey protein
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-3-4 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl with a large fork. Pour into a square baking dish lined with tin foil. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Let cool, peel foil down and cut into bars. Store in fridge up to a week :)
