*Makes 6 large muffins*
-5 figs (peeled)
-2/3 cup oats
-3 scoops Arbonne Shake mix
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp cinnamon

-3 eggs
-3 dates (chopped)
First peel 5 figs and mash them with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed.
Spray muffin tins with cooking oil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. The middle will stay soft and cakey from the figs, like a banana bread :) Let cool and serve!
These look so yummy and I just love figs....sweet fiber...:)
