Cocoanut Granola
2 cups oats
¼ cup ground flaxseed
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp grape seed oil
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Pinch salt
Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients until mixture
is a bit clumpy. Spread on sprayed large baking sheet and bake at 300 for 35
minutes.
