Sunflower Butter Muscle Cookies

1 egg white
·
1/2 cup smooth sunflower butter
·
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
·
2 tbsp ground flax seed
·
1 tsp baking soda
·
½ tsp vanilla
·
1 tbsp honey
·
½ tsp cinnamon
Roll dough into small balls and place on wax paper on large
baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
Makes 15-20 small cookies.
