-1 1/2 cup oats
-1 cup cooled peppermint tea
-3 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
-1 tbsp instant coffee
-2 tbsp cocoa
-2 eggs
-1/2 tsp baking soda
*Optional: crushed candy canes and dairy-free chocolate chips
Yields 4 large squares (for a snack) or 8 squares for a Christmas dessert :)
