Pumpkin Pop 'Ems

Pumpkin Pop 'Ems 

*vegan, wheat free, dairy free, egg-free, peanut-free*

These are the perfect 'pop 'em in your mouth' snack to 
 satisfy those carb cravings, energize 
your workouts or give you that sweet treat after a meal. 

Kids will love them because they are bite-size and quick!












Mix together all ingredients as shown in a medium bowl:

-3 scoops Arbonne Meal Replacement Shake Mix (vanilla)
-1/2 cup oats
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1/4 tsp nutmeg
-1/2 cup pure pumpkin
-2 tbsp sunflower butter
-3 tbsp raisins

Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on a cooking sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy! Store extras in fridge for 2-3 days. Makes 10-12.

  1. Have you ever tried using almond butter instead of the sunflower butter? I am definitely going to try this recipe! Thanks for sharing.

    1. I usually don't bake with almond butter since it can be a bit runny, but I'm sure it would taste great! I also have a peanut allergy and there are only a select few almond butters to choose from. One of my other nut-free favourites is pea butter :)
