Ingredients:
-3/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk
-3-4 ice cubes
-1/2 frozen banana
-1 tbsp ground flaxseed
-2-3 tbsp pumpkin puree
-1/2 to 1 scoop vegan protein powder
-sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
