Banana Bread

1/3 cup gluten-free flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 egg whites
2 mashed bananas (best if really ripe)
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup apple unsweetened applesauce
3 scoops vanilla (or banana) whey protein powder

Mix all ingredients together mix well until no chunks of protein powder. Pour into a cooking loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 min. or until a tooth pick can be poked in middle of loaf and comes out clean.
